(Kind of a funfact here: Omega MK II is actually a very popular pairing for Ciel on DA, as there are over 60 pictures of them in existance, most on DA (And only 8 by myself), and since Ciel is technically Zero's god-daughter if you link the X and Zero series properly, it also makes him the overall best pairing for her.)

Ya.
I've been using this style since....(long pause)I don't remember but I'm sure I've been using it quiet long ago.
But before I use this method of colouring, I've been using the one like yours (kinda^^;).
Once, I coloured the same picture but with different methods of colouring, then I compared it and I found out the one with soft cell shading looks better.
So then, I started to use this method of colouring.
