This is my fan character of vocaloid, Tsukine Pikabu （月音　ピカブ） also written as Tsukine Peekaboo.
"Tsukine" means "moon" and "voice", "Pikabu" means "peekaboo".

I've done this a long time ago, but I didn't upload it.
She is actually another version of Cindy
